Hi, my name is Kristen Thompson. I am a 22-year-old public relations major with a minor in political science at Kent State University.
I have had the chance to work with amazing nonprofit organizations over the past eight years. Helping people, children and animals is a passion of mine.
My coolest experience was spending seven days in New Orleans helping children with art therapy and building a playground.
I enjoy cooking, spending time with family and friends and appreciating nature. I am a vegetarian, fashion addict and don’t know what I would do without coffee.
I have the cutest golden retriever whose name is Dutch. He and I like to watch our television shows together on Sundays.
An amazing experience: I lived in Geneva, Switzerland for four months to study political science. I traveled to 20 countries by the age of 20. I could live on the road for months with nothing but my backpack, camera and a map. It’s moments like these, I feel the most free and inspired.
I also love dinosaurs.
